A Vernacular Sculpted Installation
At Village Jaipura, Ludhiana, Punjab
This project was an effort to create public activity space on rural land and to revive the vernacular craft culture of Punjab where an age old technique ‘Wattle and daub’ had been re-explored and some antique craft objects were used as an integral part of the installation.

Know not how, the uprooted tree reached ashore
Its life seemed to ebb and flow with frisky waves
Keeping many a secret in her maze, nature leaves us amazed…

A Photo Art Project
Depicting an idea of an internal longing, a passage that evokes our inner search.
This photo art series is based on an evolutionary poetic trail (a journey) of our inner clown* who curiously seeks life beyond boundaries and believes that “one finds oneself better in a contrary surrounding.”
* Tribalistic clown is a symbolic creation of our inner being exploring “self” in a contrary external setting, portraying an emotion most of us feels at some phase of our lives.
